Every session is designed to challenge you, boost endurance and sharpen movement efficiency—so you can feel and perform your best, both inside and outside the gym.

FORM

Our strength training sessions focus on building lean muscle mass, improving movement patterns, and enhancing overall strength. Each session includes:

  • • Compound lifts and functional movements
  • • Progressive overload techniques
  • • Proper form and technique coaching
  • • Strength-based programming

FLOW

Our conditioning sessions are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and metabolic conditioning. Each session includes:

  • • Dynamic stretching and mobility

Our onboarding process is designed to give you the best possible start at Health with Steven HQ. Each step ensures we understand your needs, keep you safe, and set you up for success.

Initial Contact & Taster Session

Get in touch to register your interest and book a taster session to experience training at Health with Steven HQ before committing.

This gives you the chance to see the space, meet me, and get a feel for how we train.

Pre-Consultation Questionnaire

You'll complete a short questionnaire covering your general health, training experience, current diet, and preferred training frequency.

This helps me prepare for your consultation and tailor it to you.

Consultation

We'll sit down to review your questionnaire and talk in detail about your goals, lifestyle, and training background.

Together, we'll build a clear plan and decide on the right membership for you.

Payment

Once you're happy with the plan, you'll confirm your place by arranging membership payment.

Post-Consultation Questionnaire

After payment, you'll complete a second form, which includes:

  • • Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
  • • Waiver (training and use of HQ at your own risk)
  • • Terms of Use (membership details and facility rules)

This ensures we have everything in place before you begin.

First Sessions

You'll start training at HQ with an induction to the space and equipment.

Your programme begins, and you'll be supported every step of the way.

Ongoing Support

Regular check-ins and reviews to keep you progressing, with adjustments to your plan when needed.
