You'll be invited to come and view the training space, ask any questions and get a feel for the environment.

Your one-month trial begins with a complimentary private introductory session designed to help you settle in, build confidence and understand how everything works.

Optional Additional Settling-In Sessions

If you'd like extra support as part of your trial before joining group sessions, optional additional private settling-in sessions are available.
